姉妹店の味噌庵で販売中の白辛口味噌が完売しました！

毎年仕込み量を増やしているのですが安定供給までは時間がかかりそうです（汗）。

今年の新白辛口味噌は夏頃の販売再開を予定しています。

宿でお出ししている「白味噌鍋」で使う白辛口味噌は確保してありますが、こちらも在庫が無くなり次第販売終了させていただきます。

この季節はボタン鍋がよく出ています！
多い時はご宿泊や日帰り温泉のお客様のほとんどがボタン鍋だったりする日があります。
昔は「ボタン肉＝男の鍋！」のようなイメージでしたが、最近はボタン肉もコラーゲンたっぷりなので女性のお客様がとても多くなっています。
「男の鍋！」として作った「山椒ボタン鍋」も普通に女性のかたが多いのは想定外でした（笑）。

This season has a popular wild boar pan!
The day of a wild boar pan has most of the visitors of stay or a hot spring for day trippers.
Although the wild boar pan was popular from the male visitor a long time ago, it is popular also from the female visitor these days because of the collagen of wild boar meat.

這個季節是野豬鍋受歡迎！
有投宿和可當天返回的溫泉的客人的大部分野豬鍋的日。
野豬鍋是從前從男性的客人受歡迎,不過，最近也是為了野豬肉的膠原蛋白從女性的客人受歡迎。

今日は白辛口味噌の仕込み最終日です。
明日からは通常の味噌の仕込みです。

Today is the final day of preparation of white miso.
From tomorrow, it is the preparation of usual bean paste.

今天是白醬的訓練最後一天。
是從明天開始通常的醬的訓練。

当宿（味噌庵）の味噌に使っている大豆は産地は冷害など色々な事がありますので毎年見直していますが、今年の仕込みでは「北海道産とよまさり」を使用しています。
こういった少し甘みが強い大豆は当宿（味噌庵）の味噌にはよく合います。

The place of production of the soybean currently used for my bean paste is improved every year.
The soybean from Hokkaido is used this year.
Like this soybean, a somewhat sweet soybean matches my bean paste.

用在我的醬的大豆的產地每年重新評估著。今年使用著北海道產的大豆。
像這個大豆一樣地，稍微甜的大豆與我的醬相配。

The snow-covered landscape of the yard seen from a hall and the snow-covered landscape seen from an open-air bath are very beautiful.
You can enjoy this scene even in a hot spring for day trippers.

從大廳看的庭園的雪景和，從露天溫泉看的雪景都非常漂亮。
你可當天返回的溫泉也能享受這個景色。
