読売新聞の「関西ふ?ど記」というコーナーで朝食にお出ししている「しば漬け」を取材されました。

ほど良い酸味が食欲を刺激するのでご飯が進みます。

しば漬けは大原発祥の漬け物なので大小いくつかのしば漬け屋さんがありますが、それぞれ味が少し違っていたりするので、是非色々な店のしば漬けもお楽しみください。

昨晩あたりから近くの川で蛍が飛び始めました！

蛍の写真は上手く撮れませんでした（笑）。

このあたりの川は水が大変綺麗なので毎年野生の蛍が飛びます。

宿の目の前の川にも少し飛びますが、少し歩いた場所によく見られる場所があるのでこの季節は毎晩案内しています。

田舎なので周りに明かりがそれほどないので綺麗に見られますよ！

ドクダミの花が満開です！

独特の風味のお茶に似合わない可愛い花です。

昔から花が咲いてしまう前のドクダミを使ってお茶を作っています。

姉妹店の茶屋でお出ししていますが少し苦いのであまり人気はありません（笑）。
