昨日は姉妹店の味噌庵にフランス5chの番組取材に来られました。

東京の家庭と京都の家庭を比較する内容らしいです。

味噌庵は京都の家庭のかたが味噌を買うシーンで写っています。

放送は今年の秋頃で、FOXやVOYAGEでも放送される予定です。

「外国の家庭と日本の家庭」ではなくて「東京の家庭と京都の家庭」という比較がとても興味深いです。

市内は今日でかなり散ってきていますが、大原の桜はまだまだこれからです。

姉妹店の雲井茶屋（味噌庵）では毎年大原で採れた「よもぎ」を使った「よもぎ餅」を手作りしています。

このよもぎ餅は大量のよもぎを使って作っているので、よもぎの風味を存分にお楽しみいただけます。

材料は、よもぎ、餅、あんこ（小豆、砂糖）、です。

色を出したり、餅が堅くならなくする添加剤などは使っていないので一日経つと餅が堅くなりますので通信販売やネット販売はしておりません。

よもぎが採れた時に店頭でも販売しておりますので、ご希望のお客様はお越しになられる前に一度お尋ねくださいませ。
