味噌の仕込みはまだまだ続いています。

先日は「かつお節入り味噌」を仕込みました。

前幾天我教育了「有乾製鰹魚的醬」。

北海道の農家さんから「カルデラ有機完熟にんにく」が届きました。
何に使うかなどは後日お知らせする事になると思います。
ただいま皮むき作業中ですがニンニクの香りすごいです（笑）。

The “caldera organic matter full ripeness garlic” arrived from the producer of Hokkaido.

從北海道的生?商「破火山口有機成熟蒜」到達了。
我日後報告為什麼使用。
我是現在去皮工作中。蒜的香味兒非常強。

台湾のお客様からパイナップルケーキをいただきました。
パンケーキの中にパイナップルが入っているケーキです。
パイナップルケーキと書くとすごく甘いイメージを想像していましたが、これが全然違ってとてもあっさりとしたクリーミーな味わいでとても美味いです！
普段からおやつとして食べたいくらいです。甘過ぎないので何個でも食べられそうです。
日本で買えるのかわかりませんが、見かけたかたは是非一度試してみてください！

The visitor of Taiwan gave me the souvenir of the pineapple cake.
This is the cake with which the pineapple is contained in the pancake.
This was a mistake although I was imagining that a pineapple cake was very sweet.
It is creamy, and it is carrying out gently, and this cake is not too sweet and is very nice!
I would like to eat as a snack daily.
Since it is not too sweet, I can eat any number of pieces.
There is no telling whether you are able to buy this cake in Japan.

台灣的客人給了我菠蘿蛋糕的土特?。
這是薄煎餅中有菠蘿的蛋糕。
我想像著菠蘿蛋糕非常甜,不過，這是錯兒。這個蛋糕似乳油，潮濕著，不太甜，非常很好！
我想日常作為點心吃在(到)的。因為不太甜我用幾個也能吃。
不明白你在日本買這個蛋糕的事是不是可能。如果你發現這個蛋糕請嘗試！

先日マレーシアからお越しのお客様からコーヒーをお土産にいただきました。
表示が面白くて、日本だとブラックコーヒーには砂糖が入っていないのですが、マレーシアのブラックコーヒーには砂糖が入っているようです。
味は甘過ぎないなかに苦みもあってとても美味しかったです。
昔クアラルンプールでテールスープがとても美味しい店を見つけて毎日通った思い出があります（笑）。

The guest who had come from Malaysia the other day gave me the souvenir of coffee.
There was sugar in the Black Coffee of Malaysia though there was no sugar in the Black Coffee of Japan. I am very interesting.
The taste was in an inside not too sweet also bitter and was very delicious.
I find the shop where the oxtail soup is very delicious in Kuala Lumpur in old times, and I have memories that passed every day.
