大原地区で採れた山椒の実を乾燥させて山椒の粉を作っています。

この粉は山椒ボタン鍋などで使います。

山椒の風味がすごいので最初は少しずつ入れて食べてください（笑）。

今年は山椒の新商品が姉妹店の味噌庵から発売開始する予定です。

I dry the fruit of the prickly ash which was able to be taken in Ohara, and am making the powder of prickly ash.

This powder is put into the special pan of my hotel, and the visitor eats it.

Since the powder of prickly ash which I made is racy, it is popular with the person who likes prickly ash.
