京都の大原三千院　大原温泉　湯元　民宿｜大原の里

大原産の山椒が採れ始めましたので姉妹店で販売予定の「花山椒」を作る準備の為に葉と茎を分ける作業をしています。

この作業は全部手作業なのでとても時間がかかります。

味噌やよもぎ餅と同じく昔ながらほとんど変わらない風景です。

Since it was able to begin to take the prickly ash of Ohara, the “prickly ash tukudani” sold at my affiliated store is made.

Since this work is manual labor, it requires time very much.

It is the scenery which does not change with ancient times as well as “bean paste” and a “rice cake with mugwort.”

因為開始出產大原的花椒，製作著在我的系列店銷售的「花椒的鹹烹海味」。

這個工作因為手工作非常花費時間。

是「醬」「艾年糕」同照舊不變的風景。

以前から多数のお声をいただいておりましたので本日から全館禁煙とさせていただきました。ご理解とご協力を宜しくお願いいたします。

喫煙スペースは玄関の近くや敷地内にご用意しておりますので、従業員にお尋ねくださいませ。

The flower of Thunberg’s meadowsweet is also full bloom.

是繡線鮮花盛開。

大原の山でゼンマイを採ってきました。

天ぷらにして食べるのが旨い～。

I have taken the flowering fern in Ohara’s mountain.

The tempura of a flowering fern is nice.

我已在大原的山蕨類植物的開花。

一種開花的蕨類植物的天婦羅是好的。

An accommodation plan with the ticket of the “Kyoto aquarium” opened last month is under sale!

Exhibition reproducing the river in Kyoto was interesting to me.
